How long will it take to receive my online order?
Normally within 7 working days. You will be provided with tracking order.
Are shoes sizes US or UK?
All stock is sold in UK sizes.
Can I reserve a style/size if stock is out of order?

You will be provided with a tracking number once your purchase has been made.
The return form is inside every package we send out. In case you like to return something, we need this filled out and send back to us along with the returned items to know if you either want your money back or if you like to have a substitute item.
How can I return goods?
If you are not happy with your order you can return it within 14 days. Please fill out the return form and put it into the package. Use the shipping label which you have received together with your order. When we received and checked your package we either offer you a refund of your money or we ship your new order

You can choose from the following payment options: PayPal and Credit/Debit Card.
Can SLY customise any merchandise?

Not Enough Stock
One or more of the items you are attempting to purchase is no longer in stock and is no longer available for purchase. SLY South Africa aims to sell a limited range of units.
General Decline of Card
Your bank or financial institution has declined the purchase and has not provided any details to us. Please contact your bank to see why the charge was declined. Alternatively, the address you entered as the billing address does not match the information provided by your bank. Please double check to make sure your billing address is entered correctly. If you have moved recently, please check with your bank to see which address is listed on file in order to proceed with your order.
